Bake shop in Siedlce - 'Ratuszowa'


The bake shop 'Ratuszowa' in Siedlce
is placed opposite the Townhall 'Jacek'
 and belongs to Radzikowscy's family.

Yeast bread - a sweet, cornmeal and molasses based bread.








Buns - Small, dome-shaped roll, of sweet bread, or savoury bread commonly used in sandwiches.




Baguette -thin elongated loaf, made of water, flour, yeast, salt, instantly recognizable by slits cut in top surface before baking to allow gas expansion.



Brown bread - Made with a significant amount of whole grain flour, usually rye or wheat; sometimes made with molasses or coffee. Also known as "wholemeal bread".










All the students loved the place and the food.

Ula tried jelly. Looks delicious!

Karolina was simply hungry... the French bread looks enormous!



The bakery shop is a local one so even the pictures on the wall present
 most famous buildings in Siedlce.
